Career Preparatory Talk at PSB Academy

Employers are using recruitment agencies to meet their talent acquisition needs. At the PBS campus in Marina Square, we met up with the business students to give our perspective on the recruitment process, from a recruiter’s perspective. Covering key areas in resume writing, interview skills, social media, and power dressing, the students learned how recruiters work and learned tricks to ensure their profiles land at the top of the resume pile during the screening process.
