Our recruitment business comprises of two departments, namely the Executive Search division and General Placement division. Executive Search
The recruitment focus is on the middle and senior management levels who are in industries that are highly specialized. This pool of candidates are usually highly sought after by organizations as they are not easy to come by. These experienced candidates are usually not actively seeking alternate employment and hence will not normally respond to an open recruitment exercise.
General Recruitment
The recruitment target is broad spectrum across the industry for the hiring of secretarial, administrative, technical and junior management positions on a permanent, contract and temporary basis. The industry focus is not specialized, hence the positions can usually be applicable across the board. As such, the business is fast paced and speed is paramount in securing the business.
Human Resource ConsultingOutsourcing
We work on a project basis for volume hiring, management and supervision of workers/operators/technicians/tele-sales personnel. We also administer their related payroll and employee benefits.
Training
We assist companies in identifying training needs in all (or specific) areas of operations.
Human Resource Management Development
We provide a host of HR-related services from the setting up of a Personnel System to the design and implementation of incentive/benefit schemes, performance management systems, payroll and benefits administration and personnel contracts consultancy.
Outplacement
This service involves assisting companies in their restructuring activities where we prepare staff for job change through counselling, resume-writing skills, interview techniques and psychometric testing. They can also be placed under our 'priority job placement' scheme whereby a series of recruitment strategies are deployed.

CHRISTINA TIN
Her Background
Christina has built an outstanding career in both the Financial Services industry and the Human Resource sector.
She started her career in the Financial Services industry and has been consistently involved in a myriad of consulting and training projects. Due to this continuous involvement, she has written and delivered training courses to train private bankers globally in wealth management and in the cultural shift from a transactional sales-based client relationship to an influential advice-based client relationship. In addition, she lectures regularly at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM)/ RMIT University, specializing in Wealth Management modules for their undergraduates courses.
She has been invited to Singapore’s Radio 93.8 station to discuss about Financial Planning for Woman and have written several articles for the media, including the highly-acclaimed "Importance of Understanding Your Financial Health".
Expertise
On top of being involved in the Financial Services industry, she is also active in HR consulting projects. In one of her HR projects as a full-time consultant in running the entire operation of a Recruitment and Executive Search firm, she enhanced and implemented business systems that has helped the company achieved remarkable results and tremendous increase in sales turnover. The entire project lasted 15 months.
Currently, she is the Managing Director of CTES Consulting. Jaclyn has always been the bridge between organizations and professionals that she has worked with on HR recruitment and consulting for the past 12 years. Her multitude of experience allow her the precise screening skills and talent placement to the highest professional standards.
She has been with CTES since 2007, starting her career in managing the General Recruitment division for 6 years before moving on to the E-Search division to specialize in mid to senior management level for the Education, Healthcare and IT sectors. It has always been her passion to work with organization and professionals alike in areas of talent management.
