Our client is actively searching for a Head, AI Strategy & Programs to join their team!

Our client, an international industrial technology organisation, is seeking an experienced executive to lead its global AI strategy and transformation agenda.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and develop AI-enabled products and solutions that improve business performance, strengthen competitiveness and create measurable customer value.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap and investment priorities in line with business objectives.
• Lead a portfolio of AI programmes from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption and measurable business results.
• Partner with R&D, product and engineering teams to embed AI into equipment, software and customer-facing solutions.
• Drive AI applications across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, customer service, commercial and corporate functions.
• Establish clear business cases, programme governance and performance measures covering productivity, cost, revenue and customer outcomes.
• Build organisational AI capabilities, develop talent and lead workforce adoption through training, communication and workflow improvement.
• Establish standards for responsible AI, data governance, cybersecurity, intellectual property and customer confidentiality.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, industry partners and customers to accelerate innovation and commercialisation.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• At least 15 years of experience across technology, engineering, strategy, transformation, operations or AI leadership, including significant global responsibility.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation and delivering measurable operational and financial outcomes.
• Practical experience deploying AI, generative AI, advanced analytics, automation or digital platforms at scale.
• Experience translating AI capabilities into commercial products, industrial software, equipment features or customer-facing solutions.
• Strong commercial judgement, investment prioritisation and programme execution capabilities.
• Experience in semiconductors, electronics equipment, advanced manufacturing or industrial technology is strongly preferred.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across functions, regions and leadership levels.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.

  SALARY

S$25,000.00 - S$28,000.00 per Month
