Make a Lasting Impact: Shape the university’s postgraduate community by leading admissions strategy and process improvement. Your work directly influences the quality and diversity of students who join us, helping to build the next generation of leaders, researchers, and professionals.
Drive Student Success: Ensure every prospective student’s journey—from inquiry to enrolment—is welcoming, efficient, and student-centred. Your leadership in communication and workflow design helps talented individuals access life-changing educational opportunities.
Lead and Inspire: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The standards you set empower your team to deliver exceptional service.
Influence Institutional Strategy: Analyse enrolment data, market trends, and partnership outcomes to provide strategic recommendations that help the university achieve its goals and shape its future direction.
Build Bridges Across the University: Serve as a vital link between the Office of Admissions, faculty, and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and shared purpose across the institution.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and refine the postgraduate admissions process, ensuring every applicant receives clear, timely, and supportive communication.
Design and implement communication strategies for prospective students, faculty, and managers.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance admissions operations and consistency.
Use data and market analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
Guide your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining compliance with university policies.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
At least 8 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or people-management role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data tools such as Microsoft Co-pilot, Power BI and/or experience in the use of technology to advance your cause is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
A service-oriented leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
