  JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is actively searching for a BIM Coordinator to join their team!
If you are a dynamic individual seeking a new career opportunity, read further!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Design and draft MEP layout, section details, space management planning, and plant room details.
• Carry out detailing and coordination drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.
• Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural drawings, and other discipline drawings.
• Assist Project Manager / Engineers on coordination, planning, and site visits / meetings when necessary.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering / Mechanical & Electrical Design or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 – 8 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Well-versed in Revit and Navisworks Manage.

  SALARY

S$3,180.00 - S$4,980.00 per Month
