Our client is actively searching for an Asst Manager, Partnership Office to join their team!
If you are a dynamic individual seeking a new career opportunity, read further!Reporting to the Manager, the Assistant Manager will support the following key areas: 1. Partnership Development, Relationship Management, and Network Operations
This role is part of a broader effort to develop partnerships, manage stakeholder relationships, and operationalise engagements across multiple strategic networks. Key responsibilities include:
Planning and executing initiatives across the organisation’s networks, ensuring seamless operations, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organisational mission and goals
Driving new partner development and onboarding, alongside comprehensive membership administration
Organising regular networking events and delivering signature programmes that advance healthcare innovation and systems transformation
Supporting day-to-day network operations, including overseeing report publications with systematic tracking and follow-ups
Building global thought leadership through strategic partnerships and coordinating learning opportunities that promote innovation and systems change
2. Innovation Enablement within the Healthcare Ecosystem
Engage and support internal stakeholders in implementing innovation work plans
Ensure alignment of initiatives with organisational mission and strategic priorities
Identify and facilitate partnership opportunities that enable co-learning, co-development of initiatives, innovation pilots, and capability development programmes
3. Management of Strategic and Learning Visits
Coordinate strategic and learning visits to showcase organisational innovation capabilities and position the organisation as a leader in healthcare innovation
Triage incoming visit requests, identify partnership opportunities, and curate tailored visit programmes with appropriate leadership involvement
Maintain high service quality through established standard operating procedures
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless visitor experiences
Conduct post-visit follow-ups, facilitate stakeholder connections, and coordinate communications or social media coverage to maximise engagement and network expansion
4. Monitoring and Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to evaluate the impact of partnerships and network activities
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and engagement strategies to enhance organisational effectiveness
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Preferably a good Bachelor degree and above, in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Science or the Arts & Social Sciences
Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, partnership management and project management.
Possess an analytical mind with a propensity of continuous learning and improvement mind-set.
Self-motivated, interpersonal, and staff engagement skills with the ability to influence, persuade and communicate with all levels of staff
