Our client is actively searching for an Assistant Manager, Electrical to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Project & Site Coordination: Oversee electrical works on-site, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines, while coordinating closely with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to support smooth project execution.

• Technical & Quality Management: Provide technical support on-site and ensure works are carried out in accordance with relevant standards, specifications, and quality requirements, including addressing any non-conformance issues.

• Planning & Execution: Support daily site activities, monitor progress, and assist in scheduling and coordination to ensure works are completed on time.

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and effective coordination throughout project execution.
 
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in electrical works within a construction or M&E subcontractor environment.
• Experience in site-based project execution and coordination.
• Exposure to new build projects will be an advantage.
• Experience in large-scale or complex developments (e.g. institutional or sports facilities) will be an added advantage.

• Ability to manage subcontractors and support project execution effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently in a site-based environment.

S$5,000.00 - S$6,000.00 per Month
