We are seeking an Asst Director to oversee financial operations in the Financial Accounting/Planning team. The incumbent will be responsible for cost management, project evaluations, revenue optimisation, and pricing strategies to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency across hospital services.

The responsibilities of this role are:

Cost Management

• Monitor and identify cost improvement opportunities
• Review cost data with Department Heads to enhance performance
• Analyse profitability by discipline and DRGs

New Project and Capital Evaluations

• Develop financial planning checklists and project control measures
• Monitor cash management and provide investment recommendations
• Maintain internal controls for capital acquisition processes

Revenue and Subvention Management

• Analyse revenue trends and ensure accurate income booking
• Manage timely subvention funding submissions
• Maintain integrity of revenue and subvention systems

Pricing and Costing of Hospital Services

• Monitor average bill size trends and pricing policies
• Submit fee revision recommendations when required
• Maintain costing information systems and evaluate price elasticity

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent 
• Min 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  SALARY

S$8,000.00 - S$9,000.00 per Month
