Our client is actively searching for a Manager, HR Data & Analytics to join their team!
If you are a dynamic individual seeking a new career opportunity, read further!Reporting to the Human Resource Technology team, you will harness data to support HR operations and help transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making within the University. The responsibilities of this role are: HR Reporting
Develop, maintain, and distribute regular HR reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment efficiency and workforce data/trends to measure the effectiveness of processes and overall organizational health.
Support reporting requests for regulatory purposes.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reporting and address any discrepancies
Work with internal stakeholders to harness HR Analytics in supporting HR operation. This may include analysing complex datasets to present useful manpower data for analysis and reporting
Data Management
Analyze and clean HR data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Implement data governance practices to maintain high-quality data standards.
HR Analytics Projects
Drive HR analytics projects aimed at enhancing recruitment processes, employee retention strategies, and overall workforce planning
Collaborate with HR leaders to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable insights based on data analysis.
Provide training and support to HR staff on data tools and analytics processes.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources or equivalent
At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in HR function, with at least 5 years in a role that manages reporting/ analytics work.
Experience with Workday Report Writer, Power BI, Qlik Sense and Microsoft Excel (familiarity with statistical packages and/or SQL a plus) is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical and critical thinking ability. Deep interest and aptitude in data metrics and trends
Ability to work with senior stakeholders to translate data into meaningful information for supporting manpower and recruitment strategies and planning
Knack for presenting data in an easy-to-understand manner
Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
