Our client is actively searching for Slate CRM Configuration Manager - 2 yrs contract to join their team!
If you are a dynamic individual seeking a new career opportunity, read further!You will lead and manage their Technolutions Slate Platform. This role is a critical role that supports the student admissons journey. The successfyl candidate will ensure the system's stability, optimise data integrity, develop reports and provide technical support across departments.
The responsibilities of this role are:System Configuration and Management
Maintain and customise the Slate database, design and update application forms, incorporate validation checks on data entry, build automation rules and manage portals for applicants and staff to ensure a smooth user experience.
Support for CRM & other Technologies
Can support CRM and other technologies systems as required, including assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, and syste, implementation once the Slate setup is complete
Data Management
Oversee data imports, exports, cleansing and ensure seamless integration with campus systems such as the Student Infornation System (SIS) and NTU payment gateway
Reporting and Analytics
Develop complex queries, dashboards and scheduled reports to provide insights for decision making and monitor key performance metrics
Communications and Events
Mange multi channel communications, create personalised templates and coordinate event communications and scheduling
User Support and Strategic Planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Lead user training, develop documentation, stay current with platform updates, and troubleshoot technical issues as the primary support contact with Technolutions
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related fields
At least 2 years of pratical experience implementing Technolutions Slate CRM
Deep knowledge of core Slate modules such as Applications, Reader, Deliver. Portals, Rules and Querying
Proven ability to manage data, imports/ exports, ensure data quality, and develop system integrations
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and relational databases
Strong analytical skills with a solution- oriented mindset
