The key purpose of the role is to support student outreach, recruitment and admission functions to attract the best students to apply.
This role reports to the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies.The responsibilities of this role are:
Support the Graduate Studies Office central marketing activities to meet recruitment goals.
Assist various program managers in formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns to attract high caliber applicants.
To provide visual creation for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels. Working with various program under Graduate Studies Office to brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
Support the Graduate Studies Office to meet recruitment goals such as attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks.
Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation.
Coordinate and work with students for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Degree or Diploma in visual design is preferred
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing
Experience in event execution and management
Attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently
Strong oral and written communication skills, and comfortable in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
