  JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is actively searching for an Operations Executive to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Manage and improve logistics and warehousing function to ensure optimum level of resource utilization are available to meet production, inventory and custom service needs.
• Drive logistic and warehouse performance to exceed internal customer’s expectations.
• Discuss and negotiate on any change in delivery schedule, quality issue or customer issue.
• Ability to discuss on quality matters.
• Stock counting report reconciliation and MUV report creation.
• Assist in shipping planning, storage.
• PR submission on consumable goods including packaging material and logistic arrangement.
• Co-ordinate on all import and export shipments.
• Co-ordinate in-house warehousing with agency.
• Booking of local transportation.
• Work with Customer Service to co-ordinate customer’s supplies.
• Import and export declaration.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in supply chain/logistic management in a manufacturing or food manufacturing industry.
• Inventory control and MRP exposure
• Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in import and export is essential.
• Customer service orientate.
• Able to present logical and well structure proposals.
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.

  SALARY

S$4,000.00 - S$4,500.00 per Month
