Our client is actively searching for a Operations Manager to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Manage Part Center Team at Off-Site Location running 24/7 operations
• Interacting and communicating with direct customers
• Preparing & attend Monthly KPI meeting with customers
• Resolving operations related issues and matters
• Review all statements for discrepancies before billing
• Monthly performance review with internal service providers
• Manage Cost and revenue from part center business

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Computer Literate
• Good experience on managing part center operations
• Good leadership and communications skills
• Good organisational skills
