Our client is on the look out for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Asia Pacific team!
 
If you are a digital visionary who has strong experience in delivering strategic digital needs cross-culturally across multiple countries in all disciplines of digital such as online acquisitions, social, website launches, user experience, web analytics, and project management, this may be the role for you!
 
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Global Digital to develop and execute on the overall Global and Asia Pacific Digital strategy
  • Direct e-commence experience and e-commerce capabilities - front end and back end - for dot.coms, e-marketplaces and virtual store-in-stores
  • Drive strategies and tactics that increase consumer awareness and Sales Force engagement to ensure ROI on market spend
  • Identify trends, share and implement best practices for digital marketing activities with a focus on delivering analytical insights
  • Analyze and report key metrics to Global and Regional management
  • Develop and implement road map to drive digital marketing activity (includes digital assets management), ensuring integration/alignment with all marketing functions

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience required in B2C and/or B2B2C
  • Trained and certified in data analytics tools (preferred if there is experience in training others)
  • Project management to coordinate, follow up, manage timelines, and work with multi-functional teams
  • Expertise in mobile apps, user interface and user experience, eCommerce, marketing automation, SEO and retargeting, social strategy, and content management
  • Financially savvy and skilled in reporting on all KPIs
  • Uncovering insights across all channels; SEO, display, social, marketing automation, website, mobile apps, etc.
  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, Emarsys or similar enterprise marketing automation tool, and Magento Commerce
  • Experience managing an online agency
  • Social Network and Community Management across relevant platforms; Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp, Line, KaKao, and WeChat
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Experience working with 2-3 markets in SEAA or APAC
  • Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
  • Very strong PowerPoint skills
