Our client is actively searching for an Assistant Manager, Engagement Events to join their team!

The successful candidate will be part of the team that drives high-value event engagement platform - staging and implementing excellent events and programs to attract and appreciate the contributions from high-net-worth philanthropists.

This is an exciting ro The responsibilities of this role are:

• Help plan an event in accordance with internal and external stakeholders’ objectives and requirements, and pro-actively identify and address gaps and potential problems.
• Coordinate and support with team members as well as all relevant stakeholders involved to check and ensure success in event execution and post event closing.
• Manage event budgets, in part by sourcing and negotiating with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Independently manage small-scale events having a turnaround time of less than a month
• Coordinate and support the full-year events calendar catering to ultra-high net worth individuals/ corporates
• Undertake and perform projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Degree from a recognized University.
• At least 2 - 4 years of marketing, digital marketing, and events work experience covering concept, planning, and implementation of in-person and virtual events.
• Excellent events operations skills with an eye-for-detail to deliver high profile events
• Confident, strong communicator with excellent project management and relationship skills.  
• Ability to work independently while being a good team player
