Our client is actively searching for a QA Manager to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Ensure and establish appropriate quality management system to meet customers’ and authorities’ requirement.
• Ensure department and company target is met.
• Coordination of department activities to ensure schedule is met.
• Approval of all GMP and product related documentation.
• Approval of all Change Control Quality Impact Assessment, Deviation, DIR, GIR, OOS, OOT and complaint investigation and resolution.
• Approval of validation activities and quality risk assessment.
• Approval of equipment qualification.
• Approval of supplier and external contractor.
• Involved in supplier audit.
• Assist in handling of all customers’ requirement for questionnaire, declaration, statement, etc.
• Ensure sales requirement of customer is met.
• Ensure proper and smooth Technical transfer of new product.
• Ensure smooth customer and regulatory audit.
• Assist in correspondence, notification and communication with customers via e-mail and/or conference call.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Degree in Quality / Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ quality-related experience in an API manufacturing facility
• At least 5 years’ experience in managerial position
• Good knowledge of Quality Management System
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Good acumen in business / commercial strategy
• Detailed oriented and able to perform multi-tasking
• Excellent quality mindset
• Good team player

  SALARY

S$7,000.00 - S$8,500.00 per Month
