  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Senior Executive, Partnerships Office to join their team!

Are you passionate about driving innovation and building partnerships in healthcare? Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to play a key role in managing and growing CHI's strategic networks, fostering thought leadership, and supporting transformative events and programmes.

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • CHI Leadership Council: Manage membership, plan annual leadership roundtables, and track council recommendations to drive thematic agendas and thought leadership.
  • CHI Co-Learning Network: Cultivate relationships with over 90 partner organisations, onboard new partners, and create collaboration platforms through forums and networking sessions.
  • Hospitals of Singapore (HOS) Network: Support activities, thematic roundtables, and international collaborations to drive the collective leadership for future hospitals.
  • Future Leaders & Young Innovators Guild (FLYING): Support young leaders in healthcare through onboarding programmes, hackathons, conferences, and platforms that build their capacity to lead systems transformation.
  • CHI Signature Thought Leadership Events: Assist in planning strategic events such as the flagship CHI INNOVATE conference and Masterclasses to harness insights from experts, and facilitate networking opportunities for collaboration to drive healthcare innovation.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Preferably a good Bachelor degree and above, in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Science or the Arts & Social Sciences
  • Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, partnership management and project management.
  • Possess an analytical mind with a propensity of continuous learning and improvement mind-set.
  • Self-motivated, interpersonal, and staff engagement skills with the ability to influence, persuade and communicate with all levels of staff
