Strategic Human Resource Planning: Align HR strategies with the company's growth objectives, ensuring efficient recruitment and talent allocation to support business development needs.
HR Systems & Policy Development: Design, refine, and implement effective HR systems and policies, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement across the organization.
Organizational Development: Lead the creation of a robust organizational management structure, fostering leadership teams and strengthening key business units. Focus on talent development, succession planning, and building a sustainable talent pipeline.
Performance Management Oversight: Supervise the performance management process across departments, address performance-related challenges, and continuously enhance the system to ensure optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a comprehensive HR management role within manufacturing or R&D.
Strong expertise in modern HR management practices, with proficiency across all HR functions and operations.
In-depth knowledge of national and local labor laws, regulations, and compensation & benefits policies.
A strategic, business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with solid planning and execution skills.
Patient, approachable, and principled with excellent communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities. A strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the role is essential.
