  JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is actively searching for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
• Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing.
• Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.
• Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings.
• To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary.

Requirements:

• Nitec/diploma in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical Design or its equivalent / Specialist diploma in BIM
• Minimum 5-12  years relevant experience
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Problem-solving attitude
• Sporeans and PRs are welcome to apply

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Proficient in BIM software
• Coordinates BIM execution plans (BEP), model reviews, and clash detection meetings.

S$4,600.00 - S$5,200.00 per Month
