  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Business Development Executive to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Support the business equipment sales division in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Assist in sales activities, including client prospecting, lead generation, and market outreach.
  • Track sales performance and contribute to forecasting efforts to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Execute sales strategies in the local market to drive business growth.
  • Support the formulation of sales plans, objectives, and performance metrics in alignment with business goals.
  • Manage assigned accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor ageing inventory and accounts receivables, assisting in meeting division objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance data.
  • Adapt to new processes and tools as part of change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-value service offerings to clients.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or similar discipline.
  • At least 3 years of sales and business development experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and/or business development.
  • Good account management and client relationship management skills.
  • Keen business acumen, with an understanding of business and sales strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment or on challenging projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct convincing presentations
