We are seeking an Executive to be a member of the Centre for Health Activation, a collaborating centre of the Centre for Healthcare Innovation. You will be part of a dynamic team to champion and implement patient and caregiver education efforts within hospitals and communities within the National Healthcare Group. You must have experience in designing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns (offline and online) and be able to curate the stories of the stakeholders to strengthen the campaign narrative and messaging. This includes developing and implementing cluster-wide, hospital and community projects and initiatives to enhance the health ownership and health literacy of our patients, caregivers, volunteers and residents. The responsibilities of this role are:
Design and create integrated marketing campaigns to build a community of carers who are equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to take ownership of their health
Familiar in navigating and leveraging the tools of social media platforms and be aware of the latest trends
Track and analyse the performance indicators of communications and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and sustained engagement efforts
Execute the communication strategies and plans of three collaborating centres, within the Centre for Healthcare Innovation
Support healthcare professionals in patient-led innovation projects, health research and ground sensing projects relating to health activation, health literacy and patient empowerment
Facilitate multi-stakeholder conversations and strengthen partnerships to build co-learning interest groups and communities of practice, comprising health and social care professionals, patients, caregivers and volunteers
Manage department resources and implement programmes, projects and events within set budgets, funding mechanisms and timeline
Provide secretariat support at institutional and department meetings
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
A strong passion for population health
Degree in Communications/Social Sciences/Behavioral Science/Psychology/Social Anthropology or a related field
At least 2-3 years of corporate experience, preferably in the healthcare and/or social care sectors
A creative thinker with excellent written and presentation skills
An agile and excellent team leader and player, with a positive can-do attitude
Ability to multi-task, resourceful and highly resilient
Work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, video production and website management
Experience in event management, project management and vendor management
