Our client is actively searching for an Occupational Therapist to join their team!

Provide one-to-one and group occupational therapy interventions for students based on their functional levels.
Assess, evaluate, and document students’ occupational therapy needs and progress regularly. Monitor and review therapy programs to ensure effectiveness.
Offer consultation and updates on students' progress to the rehabilitation team and caregivers, ensuring consistent communication.
Participate in discussions regarding student-related issues with caregivers and team members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date occupational therapy records, including:
Initial assessments
Reassessments
Therapy goals, objectives, and progress
Therapy plan reviews and updates as needed
Scheduling and discharge planning for students referred to SPED schools
Database management of student records, therapy hours, and activities
Perform administrative tasks relevant to departmental operations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of occupational therapy programs and services.
Stay informed on the latest developments in occupational therapy practices to ensure updated service delivery.
Conduct in-house training sessions for staff, caregivers, and volunteers on relevant occupational therapy topics.
Other Responsibilities:
Assess and identify students’ individual needs, and develop and implement personalized occupational therapy programs. This includes training in Activities of Daily Living, upper limb function, sensory and perceptual skills, cognition, behavior, social skills, and pre-vocational assessments.
Ensure compliance with NCSS/MSF requirements (SSR, PES, QA).
Participate in research related to occupational therapy service delivery when possible.
Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to integrate students into the community:
Attend meetings and provide necessary input.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the HOD, Management, or Director.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a preschool setting.
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
Registered with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council. Passion for working with children with special needs.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
