Our client is actively searching for a Business Analyst tThe responsibilities of this role are:
Engage with product management team, clinical leaders and users to understand how datadriven changes to process, services to improve efficiencies and add values.
Interpret trends and patterns in a complex data set, drawing conclusions and providing actionable insights.
Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes.
Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the team.
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the business
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis or a related field
Background in AI, Machine learning, or related field is highly desirable
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skill
