  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Global Head, Total Rewards & Mobility to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Build and execute a global Strategy on Total Rewards solutions that meet the evolving needs of a growing business to drive talent attraction, retention, engagement and high-performance
  • Integrate and align the various salary practices, bonus programs and incentives schemes that were inherited from acquisitions to ensure equity
  • Recommend appropriate salary benchmarks, as well as build and maintain the internal salary system, to ensure the company is compensating employees adequately, in line with the company strategy, values and principles
  • Introduce global job levelling system, and lead job mapping exercises to ensure compensation practices remain aligned with organisational growth
  • Review and update policies and processes around promotions and salary increases
  • Review and update year-end annual salary review process, and collaborate closely with HR business Operations team to manage an efficient global roll-out according to established timelines
  • Oversee different incentive schemes and bonus programs, taking a leading role in driving any adjustments of existing schemes or creation of new schemes, as well as preparing bonus calculations and pay outs
  • Contribute to the creation of a long-term incentive scheme
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure functional managers and business leaders understand the key drivers of the compensation strategy, and adhere to key policies and processes
  • Create a benefits strategy with guiding principles that underpin benefits offering
  • Contribute to the selection and implementation of our HR systems and specifically the compensation-related module(s)
  • Draw analytics and prepare reports and presentation to senior management on Compensation and benefits topics 
  • Contribute to talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and culture with valuable inputs from the C&B perspective
  • Manage the mobility function that oversees employee inter country/region/continent transfers and recommend appropriate packages that support their successful transition.
  • Actively participate in business meetings/projects to gain business insights
  • Contribute to or take the lead in other HR or M&A projects

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Minimum University degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience, including significant experience in a senior Compensation and Benefits role within a corporate organisation
  • Solid experience designing and implementing job grading structures, salary systems, bonus schemes, executive compensation, and employee shares programs
  • Up-to-date knowledge on the latest trends in Total Rewards management
  • Innovative and strategic thinker, who can define effective solutions to global challenges
  • Good planning and analytical skills, to identify areas of improvement, build an action plan and drive it through to implementation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to operate at both strategic and operational level
  • Hands-on approach, comfortable operating in VUCA environment
  • Experience in HRIS systems
