  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Executive, JCST to join their team!

Our client is appointed by the Specialist Accreditation Board to oversee the accreditation of training departments and institutions in Singapore. They are responsible for establishig and upholding the professional standards and quality of specialist training in Singapore including the evaluation of trainees' training and exit examinations.

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • To provide secretariet support to the Specialist Training
  • Committees/ Residency Advisory Committee in monitoring and maintaining the training standards and deliverables
  • Assist in the planning and execution of examinations.
  • Support question review, standard setting, and quality assurance processes.
  • Coordinate logistics and stakeholder communications for workshops, training and examinations.
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation and upkeep of digital examinations platform and AI-based tools.
  • Minutes taking and any administrative tasks as required to support the unit's operations.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Basic Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • Experience in providing administrative support and financial experience would be an advantage (but not essential. Applicants with an open mind and willingness to learn will also be considered even if they only have limited work experience).
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good office skills in MS Office with experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.
  • Able to work from Mondays to Fridays during office hours and some Saturdays as well if there are meetings/projects occurring that day.
  • Must be able to perform in an environment dictated by deadlines.
