We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Management Associates to join our team and make a real difference!

This role is your launchpad to leadership, offering a comprehensive view of our operations through a series of rotational assignments in Marketing, Training, and HR. You’ll gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of how each cog in our machine interlocks to drive success.

Your Journey will Involve:

  • Crafting a robust marketing plan complete with a social media calendar, budget, and content strategies.
  • Setting up and fine-tuning online campaigns across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Innovating growth strategies based on insights from past campaigns and current market trends.
  • Producing and scheduling captivating online content that resonates with our audience.
  • Curating cutting-edge training content and introducing progressive topics to our curriculum.
  • Overseeing the training lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery and outcome analysis.
  • Facilitating dynamic training sessions tailored to diverse learning styles and audience needs.
  • Continuously refining course materials to stay at the forefront of industry developments.
Human Resources:
  • Managing our HRIS portals, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Handling a wide array of administrative tasks and supporting our recruitment efforts.
  • Streamlining the onboarding process for new hires and providing support through their journey with us.
  • Contributing to performance management and talent development initiatives to foster a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Finance, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to also shine independently.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical approach to work.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a positive outlook.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with design software like Photoshop or Canva.
