What You’ll Do:

• Forge strong connections with clients, diving deep into their hiring visions and organizational aspirations.
• Conduct thorough research on client companies, their competitors, and the market landscape.
• Craft and execute innovative strategies tailored to client needs.
• Define precise job roles and specifications to attract the right talent.
• Scout and engage potential candidates, managing the entire selection process from screening to interviews.
• Profile candidates to ensure a perfect fit for the client’s culture and values.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to stay ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Need:

• A knack for nurturing and growing corporate relationships, coupled with a flair for uncovering new business avenues.
• A deep understanding of organizational dynamics and growth.
• The leadership chops to inspire, guide, and mentor your team.

Who You Are:

• A people person with stellar interpersonal skills and a natural at building relationships.
• Driven and self-motivated, with a burning desire to excel in sales and account management.
• Friendly, resourceful, and analytical, always ready to tackle a challenge.
• An excellent communicator with fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Your Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, or over 8 years in mid to senior management at MNCs.
• A degree in HRM, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology/Sociology, or a related field.
• Bonus points if you have CEI certification.
