We are actively searching for a Management Trainee to join us!
This role is geared towards developing individuals as future leaders in various aspects of the organization. It is designed to maximize exposure and for candidates to experience different aspects of operations. Candidates can expect rotational assignments in Marketing, Training and HR, with real immersive learning experience to equip them with a holistic view of the business, as well as understanding the inter-relationships between different functions across the value chain. The responsibilities of this role are:Marketing
Create marketing plan, including social media calendar, budget planning, content & offer ideation, and implementation schedules
Set up and optimize Social Media, Google (Search, Display, Video) marketing campaigns, and other campaigns as required
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - with insights gathered from previous campaigns
Write and develop online content production and scheduling
Training
Identify topics/content to be included in training and to introduce new and forward-thinking topics
Be responsible for the end-to-end training process – from proposal drafting, course development, materials creation, delivery of training, to following up with learners‘ outcomes
Conduct training and provide experiential learning experiences to a broad category of target audience across various learning models – in-class, virtual, blended.
Develop course materials and to make consistent enhancements to incorporate new content, methodologies, updates, or trends
Deliver workshops in an engaging, relevant, and new-age manner with clear understanding of the needs of each group of target audience
Establish rapport with participants and build vibrant learners/talent communities
Evaluating feedback of each training and to participate in process, training, or coursework materials improvements to stay relevant and equipped
Keep up to date with latest news and industry practices so as to respond accurately to participants’ and curriculum-related queries
Huma n Resource
Maintain the HRIS portals, amending and updating the information as appropriate
Take on administration tasks within the broad HR scope
Support in the recruitment activities, engage in staffing plan and follow up
Ensure efficient on-boarding of new hires and assist in the off-boarding of employees
Support in performance management and talent development initiatives, such as follow up of 360 feedback campaign, goals ssetting/evaluation campaign and talent review campaign
Support in compensation & benefits matters, such as collect regular market intelligence for the business and participate in the annual job matching exercise, compensation review.
Provide support with planning and executing change management, communications, and training activities as part of organisation's development program
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Marketing / Finance / Psychology / Communications
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Team player skills with ability to also work independently
Analytical and organized approach to work independently with attention to details
Positive and self motivating, proactive and creative
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics & social media marketing
Knowledge in design software (Photoshop/Canva)
