Our client is actively searching for an ISO Manager (M&E) to join their team!The responsibilities of this role are:
ISO (Integrated) and 9001, liaising with external auditors.
Work closely with the Safety team on the 14001 and 45001 responsibilities and auditing
BCA licensing and renewing registration, compiling, collating and submitting data into eBacs system.
Project inspection related to ISO scope on construction study, quality control and related controls.
In charge of Codes of Practices, Singapore standards for the company. Liaise with stores to purchase codes. Scan and store in company server (with watermark)
Upkeeping and updating of company profiles.
Monthly presentation of ISO, QC and training matters to the management meeting.
Upkeeping of project storage spaces in the offices. Ensuring project teams send operation, maintenance manual and final account document.
Oversee the staff training pertaining to coordinate training, application, subsidy claims, certification record and documentation.
Safekeeping measuring instruments, dispensing of testing instruments to staff upon request, sending for calibration and budgeting.
Overseeing staff in the application of man year entitlements with MOM for prior approvals.
Overseeing staff on the upkeeping of customers and vendors listing.
Any other additional work arranged by management
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the main contractor or M&E environment.
Possess at least ISO 9001 lead Auditor Course Certificate, ISO 14001 and 45001 certificate or ISO Integrated Certificate
