  JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is actively searching for a Shipping Coordinator to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• To coordinate and negotiate with internal and external parties such as customers / supplier & freight forwarders
• Daily shipment arrangement 
• Generate Purchase Order, Handle Shipping Docs and BL checking etc
• Supplier and Customer Management (Order Management and Forecast Management)
• Inventory Control

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Possess a Diploma in any discipline
• Candidates must possess min 2 to 3 years of relevant experience 
• Working knowledge of Import/ Export (Incoterm/ Invoice & packing list)
• Proficiency with MS Office applications 
• Meticulous and Possess good interpersonal communications skills

  SALARY

S$3,300.00 - S$3,500.00 per Month
