Our client is actively searching for a Vice President, Investment (Equities) to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Identify and evaluate and develop investment opportunities in both public and private equities
• Monitor market trends, identify and manage stocks and shares portfolio.
• Manage existing regional overseas investments.
• Prepare investment brief for presentation to the Management.
• Prepare business plans, financial analysis of investment opportunities and feasibility reports.
• Provide regular reports on the investments’ progress.
• Support investment team in meeting company objectives.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Possess a good degree in Business, Finance or Accounting from recognized university, or professional accounting qualification(s).
• Experience in using Bloomberg terminal preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant working experience.
• Regional experience preferred.
• Strong command in both spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, independent and critical thinker with strong analytical ability.
• Good team player.
• Willing to travel
