  JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is actively searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Work closely with the Sales Director and overseas agencies in sales and in fulfilling customers’ needs
• Work closely with the After-Sales Support Engineer and overseas agencies in ensuring the top performance of the products
• Prepare project proposals, quotations & follow up on sales enquiries from customers
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, after-sales support and technical troubleshooting to customers
• Liaise with Singapore HQ and subsidiaries companies in China and Malaysia for technical issue, product and spare parts sales handling
• Support Sales team on service-related process, including collection of report, process warranty claim & following up on parts delivery and ISO documentations
• Support marketing activities in international trade shows, conference and other marketing events

 
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or higher
• At least 2 years of relevant field service & sales experience in Industrial / Machinery products
• Must have ownership, self –initiative & pro-active attitude on work
• Logical thinking on technical troubleshooting
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel to overseas 8 to 10 times a year
• Willing to occasionally follow up with overseas agents and customers in different time-zone, after Singapore office hour

  SALARY

S$4,000.00 - S$5,000.00 per Month
