The Development Office leads the University's efforts in building resources to achieve its mission by taking the responsibility for the cultivation and stewardship of philanthropic support to the University.

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Conduct in-depth research about prospects (including relationships, philanthropic interests, giving capacity and propensity to the University) and summarise findings in a meaningful manner to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engagement and gift officers to identify the best means of prospect engagement, which includes sending alerts to stakeholders on potential gift cases or any relevant news about the constituents. 
  • Assist with the maintenance of prospect management data to ensure, accuracy of the information being recorded and it is optimised for effective profile update and institutional reporting. This includes researching and validating data sources, entering relevant and quality data to CRM system. 
  • Assist with data pulls in stakeholders’ outreach programme to existing and prospective donors

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Graduate from a recognised University.
  • Preferably 2-3 years of related experience. 
  • Enjoy researching in-depth information
  • Ability to contextualise complex data for use by other fundraising colleagues 
  • Genuine, expansive curiosity that extends beyond the data
