  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Senior Executive, 6 months contract (Jan - Jun 2023) to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Serve as the main liaison officer on admissions matters with School of Accountancy
  • Arrange admissions and scholarships interviews across SOA.
  • Handle all SOA admissions matters:
    • Review each application individually to verify the authenticity and accuracy of applicants’ high school results and other relevant details.
    • Set-up and hosting virtual Zoom sessions for SOA faculty members to conduct applicant interviews.
    • Contact applicants to inform them of their scholarships outcomes.
    • Contact applicants to inform them of their interview dates/times.
    • Handle applicants’ requests to change programme / appeal their admissions decision.
    • Update of applications on University’s applications portal.
    • Handle applicants’ queries.
  • Support SOA’s admissions events for offerees and scholar recipients, by helping out with event management duties.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • A university Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Meticulous, with strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task across different projects.
  • Highly proficient with Office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Comfortable with technology tools such as Zoom, and willing to learn new systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to respond to different types of personalities.
  • Ability to work on some weekends, when there are interviews or events scheduled on Saturdays.
