  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Global Head, Talent Management & Acquisition to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Lead and strategize the Group talent management and talent acquisition agenda aligning to business strategy
  • Develop succession planning, goal setting and appraisal, leadership development frameworks and drive implementation with country HR
  • Facilitate key leaders' development dialogue and address needs
  • Create and manage Leadership and Young talent program
  • Identify strategic hiring requirements and interventions to support company growth

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience
  • General degree in a related discipline
  • At least 15 years of related experience in a leadership role; international working experience an advantage
  • Has a solid track record in designing and implementing talent management (priority) and talent acquisition strategies in a complex organization at global / group level
  • Thoroughly well versed in diagnosis, design, development, and implementation of appropriate talent solutions that have lasting business impact
  • Highly skilled in change and project management
  • Well connected with external think tanks and institutions and able to bring forward looking solutions wherever feasible
  • Competent in leveraging technology and data to support and inform decisions, also familiar with Workday operating modules
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals across all levels, and with the confidence to operate at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to move from strategic to tactical seamlessly to drive the end-to-end talent management and acquisition cycle and processes
  • Possess high EQ to maneuver organization dynamics and has a global perspective, with sensitivity to multiple and diverse cultures
