JOB DESCRIPTION This role is a constructive step forward for anyone who loves to do sales and business development as key responsibilities. This person will also have to network and to engage in vigorous marketing activities in order to attract both business and candidates likewise to the company and to build relationships. Understanding the culture and work patterns of MNCs, as well as being able to screen, interview and do background checks on candidates are of vital importance. Ability to use job portals to advertise and to advise candidates are also skills needed.

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will need to have a good intuition and good people qualities. Being able to communicate well to bring your ideas and thoughts effectively and tactfully across to people is also something critical for the successful candidate. The ability to work harmoniously and blend well in a team is also needed. You will also have to be very motivated and be very driven by sales and at work.
