  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for an Executive or Snr Executive, MMed DGMS (2 yrs renewable contract) to join their team!

As an Executive / Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the provision of end-to-end administration of at least 1 postgraduate medical programme leading to the certifications. Your role encompasses project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You are also expected to provide secretariat support to Committees and Faculty staff, as well as collate data and statistics when necessary for postgraduate medical programme(s). Your role encompasses project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You are also expected to provide secretarial support for Exam / Course Committee meetings, collate data and statistics when necessary.

The responsibilities of this role are:

1) Manage and implement the postgraduate programme(s)
•  Execution of planned tasks and programme administration without show-stoppers
•  Immediate escalation of issues (potential or otherwise) and resolution of any unforeseen problems and incidents that may happen
•  Positive feedback from major stakeholders
•  Conduct debrief/feedback sessions for potential continuous improvements

2)  Perform secretarial duties support to Exam/Course Committees as well as administrative services to all stakeholders. 
•  Take accurate minutes of the meeting or file notes
•   Communicate unambiguously to provide and/or exchange both confidential and non-confidential information accurately in all situations while upholding corporate core values as well as the reputation and integrity as an exams Division

3) Responsible for the handling of all post-exam events and logistics including (where applicable) marks data-entry via Microsoft Excel, Board of Examiners’ meeting and reports.
•  100% accuracy in exam results and the names of students who will be conferred degrees
•  Compile and maintain accurate databases for questions and exam statistics and to provide them when requested 
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • A Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous 
  • Excellence communication skills
  • Problem-solving, and thinking on your feet skills
  • A meticulous individual with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking abilities
  • Microsoft Excel (able to write excel formulae with respect to marks algorithm)
  • Able to work on weekends to support the operations team for examinations on an ad-hoc basis
