  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Recruiter (1 year contract) to join their team!

To support the Talent Acquisition team in meeting current hiring demands and create strong talent pipeline for the University's future manpower needs.

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Responsible for end-to-end spectrum of hiring activities such as job posting, screening, interview arrangements and conducting of reference checks
  • Responsible for updating candidates on the interview outcome and recruitment process
  • Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers on hiring requirements and priorities
  • Responsible for the sourcing of active positions while generating a healthy pipeline of potential candidates
  • Ensure pre-onboarding processes are completed promptly
  • Support HRBPs in the updating of recruitment matrices and evaluation of recruitment channels effectiveness

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively within the team
  • Ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all levels
  • Good analytical thinking and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion
  • Attention to detail, follow-up and organizational skills
  • Good prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Recognized Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines
  • More than 3 years of in-house recruitment experience managing and implementing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
  • Good stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate well with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proactive, resourceful and self-motivated individual
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
