  JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is actively searching for a Field Applications Engineer to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• To support customer on site for probe cards on the following:
  • card repairs
  • pin replacement if possible
  • advise customers on technical details for evaluations / improvements etc.
• Liaise with Italy for any issues / technical documents / evaluations / follow up
• Work with vertical repair team for cards send back to company
• Reports / trackers update for internal and customer
• Support overseas sites if necessary

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years working experience in Electrical Wafer Sort / Final Test Testing
• Skills required:
  • Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
  • Able to read PCB Schematics

  SALARY

S$3,000.00 - S$4,000.00 per Month
