  JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is actively searching for an Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Collaborate with faculty members and liaise with media partners and relevant vendors to drive marketing/digital marketing efforts
• Provide inputs and help maintain the department website and social media content on a regular basis
• Organise public relations and marketing events by collaborating with faculty and university outreach teams, from planning to implementation, to increase visibility of our department
• Coordinate seminar and workshop, open house, undergraduate/postgraduate student events, commencement, etc. for the department
• Liaise with industry and institutions for education/research collaboration work including managing students industry attachment, vacation internship, student exchange programme, NGNE, etc.
• Support ad-hoc duties along with other supporting staff with the supervision of the manager on the various administrative activities of education and research in the department, such as arrangement for campus visit of faculty candidates, visiting staff, etc.
• Candidate is expected to spend about 20 percent of his/her time assisting with miscellaneous general office assignments as periodically assigned by the General Office Manager
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

 
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Degree or Diploma with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Creative and strong problem-solving skills
• Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team oriented with strong service mind-set
• Able to handle multiple projects on tight timeline
• Independent and a self-starter
• Team player with an eye for details
• Proficient in MS Office, web design, news writing
• Excited about working to encourage STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education

  SALARY

S$4,000.00 - S$5,000.00 per Month
