Our client is actively searching for a Business Analyst Executive to join their team!

The candidate will report to the Business Unit Division- Business Development Session and will
primarily be involved in the following:

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Work with different stakeholders to understand business and data requirements.
• Extracting, managing, and updating key databases and spreadsheets relating to product/business flows.
• Continually look at ways to improve our internal systems, data collection and the delivery of our analysis.
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
• Additional ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Diploma/Degree in business or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Access and Excel
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, able to analyze large amounts of data quickly.
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to work autonomously and a good team player who needs to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in RPA or Python programming will be an added advantage.

S$3,600.00 - S$4,000.00 per Month
