  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Marketing Manager (Stationed in Cambodia) to join their team!

Reporting to the marketing director, the marketing manager will assist the director across a diverse range of marketing leads and support functions to elevate our leadership and profile internationally, to deliver our business objectives and goals.
Our key project speaks to a diverse group of international audience such as Japan, South Korea, China, Indonesia & Singapore.

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Brand positioning and communications development to strategic markets and customer segments especially to both B2B & B2C audiences.
  • Development and support of sales and marketing collaterals for prime investor audiences and international roadshows.
  • Owned assets development and evolution: Website, Social platforms i.e. FB, LinkedIn etc.
  • Assess product and customer life cycle, competition and opportunities including research
  • Develop lead generation prospecting journey and identification of prospects + nurturing efforts/strategies.
  • Work with and across management, comms and investment teams in alignment and development of all our communication assets and needs.
  • Work with external affiliates such as brand, creative, tech, events and media partners to develop robust communication and marketing strategies in both holistic and tactical levels.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • At least 4 years of marketing or creative/media agency experience in a fast pace high performance environment.
  • Ability to engage senior management and sales/investment teams on marketing subject and solutions.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing strategy and plans.
  • Ability to anticipate changes and act proactively.
  • Practical problem-solving approach.
  • Creative and positive thinker, able to enthuse & influence others to deliver appropriate results.
  • Ability to engage and manage communication with external partners
  • To be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
