  JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is actively searching for a Business Planning Executive (6-months contract) to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

• PSI (Product, Sales & Inventory) Management
  • Conduct meetings with the sales and marketing departments on monthly sales forecast and provide proposals on purchasing plans.
  • Collaborate with sales department, overseas factories and Head Office on cargo arrivals, special shipments, product specifications, etc.
• Generation of Reports
  • Responsible for the preparation of various sales-related reports including but not limited to monthly sales reports, budget planning reports, inventory and sales results to business units and Head Office.
• Price Control
  • Manage the price systems for normal and special inventory sales and update the pricing status for all product categories/models.
• Business Plan
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing departments for an in-depth understanding of product demand and assist in the preparation of various product marketing strategies and action plans for the team.
• Webinar
  • Assists the Sales and Marketing Team in doing presentations in the Webinar on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Possess a minimum Diploma in Business or relevant field.
• Relevant working experience in business planning, strategic product marketing and development.
• Fluent in Japanese Language as personnel is required to communicate with clients and the Head Office in Japan is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent sense of business acumen.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and fast paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime whenever required.

  SALARY

S$3,500.00 - S$3,800.00 per Month
