Our client is actively searching for a Physiotherapist to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
You will be part of the multi-disciplinary team to provide home-based holistic patient care and manage patients with varying levels of disability.
You will provide appropriate physiotherapy interventions to patients with orthopaedic conditions, amputation, stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, all other neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions.
You will also provide services to develop, maintain and restore maximum movement and functional ability to the patients.
You are also required to liaise professionally with patients, caregivers, medical practitioners and other allied healthcare workers to plan, implement and assess the intervention program and home program.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
-  A diploma/degree in Physiotherapy that is recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
-  Full registration with AHPC 
-  Able to work well in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation environment
-  Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
-  Must be willing to travel to patients' home to provide therapy
-  Candidates with the relevant years of experience can be considered for a Senior Physiotherapist position
