Our client, a leading University has established a lifelong learning unit, Exec Professional Development. Exec Professional Development helps working professionals connect the dots between theory and real-world application by creating industry-relevant, authentic learning experiences. Developed in consultation with industry, Exec Professional Development’s portfolio of continuing education programmes emphasize the integration of theory with hands-on application, and are co-taught by the faculty and industry experts.
Our unit is fast expanding and we are seeking the above role, who will support the marketing and digital content development for the Continuing Education and Training unit for the University .The University has established a lifelong learning unit. The unit helps working professionals connect the dots between theory and real-world application by creating industry-relevant, authentic learning experiences. Developed in consultation with industry, the portfolio of continuing education programmes emphasize the integration of theory with hands-on application, and are co-taught by the faculty and industry experts.The responsibilities of this role are:
Initiating and managing operations dealing with CET Professional Development marketing campaigns
Role includes launching digital initiatives, mounting courses, managing portal, CRM and leveraging on data to provide insights
Experience in technology platforms selection, integration - helping in the planning, procurement, evaluation, selection, implementation and integration of new marketing systems
Business process redesign - Managing, reviewing and streamlining marketing processes.
Lead management - Initiating and improving method of lead nurturing with business development and marketing teams
As part of the Marketing & Digital team, to provide support for existing offline outreach initiatives (eg events)
Marketing of courses/programmes through various platforms (eg. EDMs, SEM, SEO, social media)
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
The digital and marketing environment is your playground
University Degree or tertiary related equivalent with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Good understanding of digital outreach channels essential
Hands on experience in search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), web analytics (eg. Google Analytics), social media, customer relationship management (CRM) systems (eg. Microsoft Dynamics)
Knowhow of MarTech initiatives preferred eg. customer data platforms, virtual assistant, web scraping.
Stakeholder management - collaborating with other divisions for deliverables
Energetic individual who is able to prioritise, work independently, has strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Experience in data visualisation tools is good to have, preferably in QlikSense
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as a team member with multiple stakeholders
