  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Manager, Office for Insights & Analytics to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

You will be an integral part of the Office for Insights and Analytics (OIA) and will assist in the planning and timely delivery of data analytics projects. You will lead in the overall planning, project management and delivery of the undertaken projects as well as manage the operational and administrative functions to ensure that the projects can run smoothly. You will assist the OIA Program Office to devise new IT strategies / roadmaps and its implementation. You will work with stakeholders to translate business problems into data analytics projects, document the usage models, identify business needs, and propose solution architecture to meet business requirements. You will support the implementation of new initiatives and projects in the department, lead in the development of innovative techniques, enhance work processes and manage the relationships with stakeholders. You will ensure that the administrative duties of the team are carried out with excellence and ensure smooth integration of work processes amongst the different teams in the department. You will also instill a culture of quality customer service in the team when dealing with both internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT project management & technical solutioning / architecture of Enterprise BI and Data Warehousing based projects.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and business analysis skills (requirements gathering / management etc.) would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge in database management, ETL, data management and data visualisation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders from different disciplines (e.g. clinicians, institution data leads, operational and administrative staff)
