Our client is actively searching for a Digital Director (APAC) to join their team.

Reporting to the Marketing Director APAC, the APAC Digital Director responsible for:
  • Experienced in digital transformation - launching, accelerating and running the digital agenda in Asia Pacific.
  • Lead the setting up of e-commerce, CRM system for the organization, from conceptualization to rollout and optimisation
  • Look at the various ways to connect, engage, and excite consumers digitally and to determine the most effective channels and partners to enhance business
  • Reponsible for the region's digital and analytics capability building
  • Drive Revenue Growth from Social Selling/Commerce in each market. Devise, launch and measure content and campaign ROIs across all social media channels to optimize spends
  • Lead Digital Content Strategy and Execution for area product launches, marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Lead Data Marketing/CRM – usage of data analytics to improve engagement and productivity of Preferred Customers, Business Builders, and end consumers.
  • Lead Precision Marketing – make customized content for different segments of sales force & consumers
  • Lead markets in capitalizing SEO, SCM, KOLs, etc. to increase reach and maximize return on investments
  • Close collaboration with Global to roll out Global initiatives, identify/roll out Digital Tools that will support business growth for the units
  • Drive in-business use (IBU) of all digital platforms available for consumers, SF and employees
  • Recommend new techniques to measure and enhance customer experience
  • Adopt and use of best practices in APAC to provide competitive advantage and boost brand value

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in digital marketing director level roles. Alternatively the selected candidate could come from a digital marketing agency background.
  • Proven track record overseeing and implementing complex digital strategies, ideally at regional (APAC) level.
  • International leadership experience, specifically in the APAC space.
  • Proven ability to navigate effectively in a global matrixed environment.
  • Strong influencing and communications skills; demonstrated success in interacting and influencing at all levels including global, regional and executive level management teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills; high level of accuracy and detail orientation (strong tactical execution).
  • Flexibility; demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; ability to meet deadlines.
  • Innovative; high level of creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Availability to travel.
