Our client is on the look out for a dynamic and experienced Business Digital Marketing Director to join their Asia Pacific team!
 
The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Drive Revenue Growth from Social Selling/Commerce in each market. Devise, launch and measure content and campaign ROIs across all social media channels to optimize spends
  • Lead Digital Content Strategy and Execution for area product launches, marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Lead Data Marketing/CRM – usage of data analytics to improve engagement and productivity of Preferred Customers, Business Builders, and end consumers. 
  • Lead Precision Marketing – make customized content for different segments of sales force & consumers
  • Lead markets in capitalizing SEO, SCM, KOLs, etc. to increase reach and maximize return on investments
  • Close collaboration with Global to roll out Global initiatives, identify/roll out Digital Tools that will support business growth for the units
  • Drive in-business use (IBU) of all digital platforms available for consumers, SF and employees
  • Recommend new techniques to measure and enhance customer experience
  • Adopt and use of best practices in APAC to provide competitive advantage and boost brand value

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • 5 - 7 years of digital marketing experience required in B2C and/or B2B2C
  • Trained and certified in data analytics tools (preferred if there is experience in training others)
  • Direct e-commence experience such as developing e-comm websites and get it up and running
  • Project management to coordinate, follow up, manage timelines, and work with multi-functional teams
  • Expertise in mobile apps, user interface and user experience, eCommerce, marketing automation, SEO and retargeting, social strategy, and content management
  • Financially savvy and skilled in reporting on all KPIs
  • Uncovering insights across all channels; SEO, display, social, marketing automation, website, mobile apps, etc.
  • Experience with multi-channel Attribution Modeling
  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, Emarsys or similar enterprise marketing automation tool, and Magento Commerce
  • Experience managing an online agency
  • Social Network and Community Management across relevant platforms; Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp, Line, KaKao, and WeChat
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Experience working with 2-3 markets in SEAA or APAC
  • Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
  • Very strong PowerPoint skill

  • Skilled in developing strategic presentations, action plans, and manage through project plans
  • Data-driven decisions and holding others accountable to this principle
  • Quick ability to deeply understand the company and its business model at the market level and train others
  • Empathy to understand local market requirements and what global digital has to offer to align the two
  • Charismatic leadership that can establish shared vision and demonstrate execution to country, Area and Global level stakeholders
