  JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for an Assistant Managr, L&D to join their team!

You will be part of the Learning and Development Team within  theHuman Resource Development Division. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the Unversity's sponsorship schemes, generate statistical learning achievement reports, facilitate technology-enhanced learning solutions, manage training and travel operations, and be the custodian of the learning policies and budget. You will also provide customised learning solutions for your specific client group and support the enhancements of the learning management system.
The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Facilitate technology-enhanced learning solutions
  • Assist in enhancements to the learning management system
  • Generate monthly and adhoc reports on learning and development achievements
  • Support in conducting annual learning needs analysis and assist in implementation of learning & development plans
  • Assist in review and implementation of learning & development policies and budget management
  • Undertake administrative matters relating to local and overseas learning & development programmes
  • Analyse competency gaps and source for suitable training programmes to address gaps
  • Coordinate inhouse programmes and other briefings relating to learning & development
  • Administer and maintain the ERP Learning and Travel Modules and address staff enquires on related matters
  • Sponsorship and Graduate Scholarship Schemes
  • Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Degree from good University with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good organisational, analytical and numerical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • A dynamic team player and problem solver who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Experience in HRIS (SAP) and knowledge on digital learning solutions such as learning systems, technology-enhanced learning will be an advantage.
