JOB SUMMARY
 
As the incumbent overseeing and leading the Strategic Human Resource (HR) and Administration Department, you will act as an important strategist, driver and enabler in propelling the Company to achieve her mission and vision. You will be responsible for the full scope of HR, facilities management and general administration function.

The responsibilities of this role are:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to both the Human Resources and Administration teams in the company.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR function in the company which includes strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, talent/leadership development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, staff well-being, HR events etc.
  • Oversee facilities management and office maintenance (incl. operations, renovations, repairs and relocation); responding swiftly to security/ emergency situations.
  •  Oversee day-to-day general administrative and office support duties
  •  Ensure efficient and optimal utilization of office resources incl. but not limited to budget planning, outsourcing, forecasting upcoming needs and requirements, contracts management etc.
  •  Advise Senior Management and drive the formulation, review and implementation of strategies, policies, processes and systems to support company’s mission, vision and strategic goals

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Possess a good Bachelor’sDegree / Masters in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
  • Certified Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) preferred.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’experience in leading teams (in a senior role)
  • Excellent organisational and leadership competence
  • Ability to conceptualise and articulate policies as well as display flexibility and agility in fast-changing tactical execution
  • Independent worker with strong analytical skills and meticulous with a high level of integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experiences or knowledge in market research is an advantage
